UPDATE: In light of COVID-19 and emerging guidance impacting our Hub coordinating institutions, we will be postponing our All Hubs Summit originally scheduled for May 2020. The Hubs and our local host partners in Columbus, Ohio, are currently identifying future dates for this event, and we will be sharing updates through our newsletters, websites, and social media. We appreciate your continued enthusiasm for our inaugural Summit and look forward to ensuring a successful community event.
We invite you to join us at the inaugural All Hubs Summit with the National Science Foundation (NSF) Regional Big Data Innovation Hubs—a diverse and dynamic community of data science innovators from government, academia, nonprofits, and industry, that was recently awarded an additional $16M of funding and is embarking on a new phase of national coordination.
We’re excited to partner with The Ohio State University to host our first-ever national Summit, bringing together our regional Hubs communities from the Northeast, Midwest, South and West. Taking the place of our regional All Hands meetings this year, the Summit is a new opportunity to connect regional data science activities, programs, and initiatives at a national scale.
We will be welcoming 200+ in-person attendees, and thousands via an open-to-all livestream. Featured participants include leaders from NSF, the US Department of Transportation, U.S. Health and Human Services, U.S. Census Bureau, the State Chief Data Officers national network, state government, startups, and numerous academic institutions.
Join us to spark new collaborations, share your latest successes and lessons learned, and contribute to the future of the Big Data Hubs.
We’ll soon be sharing further event details, including registration and travel info, and ways to participate in shaping the meeting!
